Management Interns are entry level managers with little or no experience. They work under the supervision of experienced managers and are typically involved with all management functions to provide them with a broad idea of the working of the organization. Minimum qualification needed for this position is a high school diploma but employers prefer candidates with an associate, bachelor's or master's degree in business administration. Candidates must also be quick learners, ready to work with all positions in the hierarchy with fine interpersonal and organization skills.
