Risk Managers point out the risks to an organization and its assets, stakeholder interests, employees, customers, and reputation. They propose suitable precautions to avoid the materialization of the assessed risks and also raise awareness about risks in the organization. Risk Managers need an incisive attitude with the ability to see and analyze beyond the obvious. This has to be coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills to drive the point home.
