The construction business is considered tough but it is also rewarding. The growth prospect in this field is better than other fields. The skills that are required for construction industry are writing, reading text, document use, oral communication, working with others, good IT skills and continuous learning. This candidate has worked in most of the fields of construction such as civil engineering, design engineering and project engineering.
