A human resource (HR) is an indispensable part of any organization's administration. With so much attrition rampant in the corporate world, the HR is never out of work. In many of the bigger companies the hiring and recruitment process is always going on. Along with hiring and recruiting, the HR person is also liable for other office related functions such as training, entertainment events, arranging excursions and the like. The HR has to have great communication and interpersonal skills because most of his working time is spent in interacting with different kinds of people. This sample resume if of such a HR who has obtained a master's degree in HR management.
