Engineering technician is the position, which is responsible for giving technical help to engineers. They also help scientists in development, design, production, operation, testing and maintenance of industrial equipments, machinery and tools. This position also provides advice to property owners and contractors. Technicians perform verity of tasks depending on the needs of customers or employers.
Engineering technician suggests engineering information regarding to street improvement and construction project. They are also responsible for preparing statistical reports and answering the questions related to construction or the other engineering field where they are working as engineering technician. He or she works as communicator between customer, inspections staff and plans review staff.
