Children, at their early age, learn things from their parents. However all parents can arrange spare time for the children-learning out of their busy schedule. Hence they hire dedicated expertise for the purpose, known as ECE (Early childhood education) educator.
For a person to be an ECE educator,
- Must obtain the corresponding formal education/training
- Must create interests in childhood activities
- Should be innovative in teaching the children and should be concerned in understanding their problems
In addition to these basic qualifications an ECE teacher must follow good hygiene along with personal and work ethics.
