They communicate with clients to make changes in the contract as necessary. They are responsible for checking and ensuring that the work is completing with proper order with the required quality.
Engineering consultant performs studies and surveys to solve analysis problems and to gain data. They give solutions or advise using knowledge of principles, theories and technology. They give advice to client and staff heads with alternative methods to solve problems.
