Engineering manager is the position, which is responsible for managing, coordinating and directing activities of engineering department. When they work for software team, they are responsible for leading and managing software team. This position is also responsible for maintaining and building effective association through guiding, hiring, training and appraisal of engineers.
Candidates for this position must be having minimum 5 years experience of manger level. They manage multiple teams with various other responsibilities. Takes responsibility of delivery of products on timely manner and help to perform company goals according to company polices.
