HR Analyst Resume Example

The responsibilities of a HR analyst are broad and include reviewing and improving the policies and processes related to company's human resources. The ambit for these operations extends to recruitment, selection, training, orientation, development and employee compensation and benefits. Job responsibilities also include managing the human resource database using human resource information systems (HRIS). The position requires a degree in management preferably with specialization in human resource. Candidates with a couple of years of experience are preferred.
