HR Administration Resume

Human resources (HR) administration is a department, which mainly deals with the management of 'human resources', that is the recruiting of personnel, training of employees, morale boosting of employees, conducting different activities, etc. The resume of an applicant applying for a position in the HR department should clearly reflect his leadership abilities. Also, equally important are other qualities like rapport with the fellow employees, strategy development amongst others.
