Human Resources Administration Resume

The human resources administration department of a company is an inevitable part of the hierarchy. They bridge the gap between the employees and the employer or the board. They also handle many of the important responsibilities including recruitment, exit interviews, compensation, etc. in the company. Indeed, no company can operate efficiently in absence of the HR department. To be a part of this department, one needs to have certain qualities and abilities like: interpersonal skills, communication skills, diplomacy, etc. Even more important is the presentation of these skills through a medium. A resume is one such effective medium. This sample resume very well portrays the qualities expected by any employer. You can feel free to use it.
