Order Entry Clerk Resume

An order entry clerk is the person in an organization responsible for processing orders of goods and services. He also informs customers about the receipt, payment, prices of goods and delays of goods. He receives incoming calls, looks into incoming and outgoing mail, inventory; attends office meetings and prepares minutes of the meeting. Although, most employers are satisfied with a high school diploma or other equivalent qualification, the applicant must have a sound working knowledge of MS office and other practices related to secretarial work.
