Civil engineering student is nothing but a trainee or fresher for the regarding field. They work under the observation and instructions of their senior engineers. This position needs excellent understanding of construction processes and designs. As a student engineer, the candidate is responsible for helping their seniors in designing and they also discuss or consult to engineers and architects regarding to modification in design.

They work as communicator with other design team for getting various ideas in designing. If they have appropriate ideas about designing, they provide them to the team.
