Transportation Manager Resume

Transport Managers take care of everything related to transport in an organization. This includes managing dispatch, determining routes of transport, keeping track of the transport vehicle, directing the procurement process, handle repair and maintenance of vehicles, and taking care of complaints by customers or shippers. Transport managers need to be efficient organizers, coordinators, negotiators and be good with numbers. A degree or diploma in economics related discipline or management is advisable, but there are no particular courses for this position.
